Your voice shapes our service
We operate a 100% participant-first feedback model. Whether you want to share praise, raise a concern or make a formal complaint, we welcome it — and we’ll always treat you with respect and take it seriously.
Every piece of feedback is genuinely heard and used to improve the support we provide.
We'll acknowledge your feedback promptly and keep you informed throughout.
Raising a concern will never affect the quality of support you receive. You have every right to speak up.
Our complaints process
1

2
We'll confirm we've received it, usually within 2 business days.
3
We look into the matter fairly, respectfully and thoroughly.
4
We work with you toward an outcome and confirm what's changed.
You can always contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission on 1800 035 544 or via ndiscommission.gov.au. We fully support your right to do so.
