We're the steady compass through a complex journey

Your Compass is a dedicated NDIS service provider founded on a simple yet powerful belief: that every individual living with a disability deserves the opportunity to experience a full, rich and self-directed life.

Our story

A trusted guide, not just a provider

Navigating the NDIS can sometimes feel like a complex journey. Our mission is to be the trusted guide and partner you can rely on, providing the individualised support, care and practical expertise you need to reach your goals and thrive in your community.

We combine professional discipline with real empathy so the people we support can live their most independent, fulfilling lives. Our in-person supports are based in Western Australia, while our Plan Management service is available to NDIS participants right across Australia.

Our Mission

To partner with NDIS participants and their families to deliver high-quality, reliable and compassionate support. By acting as a steady compass through complex funding frameworks, fostering independent living and creating genuine community connections, we ensure the people we support have every opportunity to live a rich, full and self-directed life.

Our Vision

To remain a trusted, high-quality NDIS partner whose growth is measured not by numbers, but by the choice, control and independence we help unlock. We build across four pillars: Quality & Safety, Capacity Building, Community Connection and Sustainable Expansion.

Long-term roadmap

Growing alongside you

True empowerment requires forward-thinking, continuous improvement and sustainable growth. Here’s how we plan to grow over the coming years.

Phase 1 · Years 1–2

Foundation & Excellence

Stress-free participant onboarding, gold-standard compliance that exceeds NDIS Practice Standards, and a skilled, well-supported workforce.

Phase 2 · Years 2–3

Innovation & Community Roots

Bespoke community programs, tailored housing pathways, and digital tools giving real-time visibility over budgets and spending.

Phase 3 · Years 3–5

Holistic & Specialised Care

A seamless ecosystem of coordinated support, specialised frameworks for complex needs, and a Participant Advisory Committee for true co-design.

Our promise never changes: the participant always sits at the centre of their own compass.

The next 1–3 years

What we're working toward

We’re focused on growing responsibly, never faster than we can keep delivering trusted, personal support. Here’s what that looks like in practice.

Growth

Carefully scale our Plan Management and Core Supports, growing our team so every participant gets dedicated, one-on-one attention.

Reach

Extend into regional and local pockets where people often struggle to find reliable, high-quality tenancy and community support.

Reputation

Earn trust the hard way, through flawless compliance with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and a 100% participant-first feedback model.

New offerings

Introduce structured independent-living options, real-time budget-tracking for plan-managed participants, and targeted life-skills programs.
